While we provide a platform for anonymous confessions, your account is linked to your content on our backend systems. This is necessary to provide features like "My Confessions." 4. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of the content you create and post on FessUp!. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content within the context of operating and promoting the Service.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and review all content posted to the Service. We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to our community.
